That is the only address for this site. If something claiming to be us reaches you from anywhere else, it is not us.

What we can help with

Corrections. A wrong figure, a misattributed claim, a part number that does not cross-reference. We fix errors in place and add a dated note when the error was substantive.
Questions we have not answered. Genuinely useful — a question asked more than once usually becomes a page.
Products worth looking at. We will consider anything against the criteria on how we pick.

What we cannot help with

Servicing your tub. We are a publisher with no premises and no service area. For anything physical, you want a local spa technician.
Medical questions. Where health is involved we cite the CDC and say to see a doctor, because that is the honest limit of what a website should do.
Diagnosing a specific fault remotely. We can tell you how the systems work; we cannot see your tub.

A note for brands

We do not accept sponsored placements, paid rankings or free product, and we have never been paid to include, exclude or reorder anything. If you want to send corrected specifications for a product we have covered, that is welcome and we will use it. If you want to buy a position, we are not the site. How we make money.

No phone number

There is not one, and we are not going to publish an invented one. Float & Filter is a publisher run by one person, and email is genuinely the way to reach us.
